Waking up to Londonist’s “Things To Do In London Today,” one activity really caught our eyes:
CARNABY ROBINS: Carnaby Street is giving away the lovely robins that formed its Christmas decorations this year (not the five big ones, those are being donated to the RSPB). Pop along to 19 Foubert’s Place, just off Carbary Street, to get yours (but be quick, we imagine they’ll fly off the shelves — sorry). Free, just turn up, 12-4pm
Carnaby Street’s Christmas robins need new homes. Of course, we would love to adopt not just one, but a pair back! So, we headed down to Carnaby Street in a hurry without saving the adoption room’s address. Thank goodness for the people posing with their newly adopted robins we were able to find the adoption room just in time before the lovely robins ran out.
